Movement Pattern

Conditioning

The Conditioning pattern targets cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance. These movements drive heart rate, improve oxygen efficiency, and build resilience.

Exercises like air bike sprints, row intervals, and battle ropes challenge the body’s energy systems. Conditioning work not only enhances performance in competition but also accelerates recovery between strength efforts.

Programming often includes interval training, EMOMs, or 100-rep endurance challenges, blending strength and cardio for total-body conditioning.
